第2部分. 过程:
Step 1: Prior to filing a grade appeal, 学生, within twenty (20) business days following grades being posted, 是否必须就所判的分数与指导老师联系，讨论所认为的不正确分数的细节并寻求解决办法. 双方应尽一切努力，在时间和情况允许的情况下尽快解决此事. b. Provide clear documentation that demonstrates grounds for an appeal. (Documentation may be in the form of email communications, graded assignments, proof of timely submissions, the class syllabi, 等.)
c. Provide written evidence of first meeting with the 教练, or evidence that the 教练 was unavailable to complete Step 1.
If the documented evidence is not compelling, 院长将在十(10)个工作日内向学生提供书面答复，并将收到并拒绝学生申诉的情况通知指导教师.

第3部分. 限制:
